sette missioni per rilanciare l'Italia
Sette missioni per rilanciare l’Italia. Sono quelle del Programma della Libertà che ha annunciato Silvio Berlusconi venerdì 29 febbraio all’Auditorium della Conciliazione di Roma. “Altro che le 260 presentate e mai realizzate dal Governo Prodi” ha chiarito il presidente. Le sette missioni, dunque, sono:
1) Rilanciare lo sviluppo,
2) Sostenere la famiglia,
3) Più sicurezza, più giustizia,
4) I servizi ai cittadini
5) Il Sud,
6) Il federalismo,
7) Un piano straordinario di finanza pubblica.
“Ma la nostra prima promessa” ha aggiunto “è che non metteremo mai le mani nelle tasche degli italiani e che abbasseremo la pressione fiscale sotto il 40% del Pil”.
Berlusconi ha chiarito poi che, alla fine della campagna elettorale, firmerà un contratto con gli italiani (anche nel 2001 lo firmò, in televisione, davanti a Bruno Vespa), “Adesso depositiamo il programma che indica le nostre volontà e per quanto riguarda le cose principali alla fine della campagna elettorale farò il contratto come l’altra volta. I disegni di legge sono già pronti: quelli sull’Ici, sulla detassazione degli straordinari e su tutti gli altri argomenti previsti nel programma”.

ESERCIZI PER ADDOMINALI
ovvero, studi casalinghi sui muscoli addominali
Oggi ho voglia di parlare dei muscoli addominali e di come allenarli attraverso esercizi da poter fare a casa tutti i giorni. Personalmente è da quasi un anno che passo molto tempo su svariati siti web alla ricerca della verità su questi dannatissimi muscoli ed ora, dopo prove e test, posso dire di aver trovato l'esercizio più efficace. Vi premetto che non sono ne un personal trainer, ne una assiduo frequentatore di palestre (anzi, io odio le palestre) e ne uno studente di scienze motorie... Sono solo una persona che cerca e trova risposte su internet ai propri quesiti e che quando si prefigge uno scopo lo porta sempre a termine.
Partiamo dunque dalla posizione: sdraiati a terra con le gambe piegate a 90°. Vi consiglio di di mettervi davanti ad una sedia o al comodino della vostra camera e stando supini fate toccare il vostro sedere con la superficie verticale del comodino, quindi, con i talloni poggiati sulla superficie orizzontale dello stesso prendete un oggetto di piccole dimensioni (vi consiglio una rivista) e tenetela stretta tra le ginocchia senza farla cadere. A questo punto possiamo dire che siamo pronti per inziare l'esercizio: con le mani dietro le orecchie ed i gomiti più aperti che potete salite con la parte superiore del busto di 30° contraendo più che potete la parte addominale. Fate 4 serie da 30 ripetizioni ciascuna con una pausa fra una ripetizione e l'altra di 1 minuto. E' importante portare attenzione alla posizione delle braccia e gomiti che devono rimanere il più aperti possibile, a non sforzare il collo quando salite ed a mantenete la posizione della testa come se guardaste il punto in cui la parete ed il soffitto innanzi a voi si uniscono.
La respirazione è fondamentale per la corretta riuscita dell'esercizio: inspirate quando vi distendete ed espirate quando vi contraete. Vi ricordo anche che è meglio eseguire piccole ripetizioni ben fatte che tante ma mal coordinate.
Detto ciò spero di aver fornito un aiuto a chi, come me, girando su internet ha trovato centinaia di teorie diverse fra loro.
A breve posterò anche un breve sunto riguardo i piegamenti sulle braccia.
